21.\nApprove Agreements with David Evans and Associates, Inc., David Volz Design,\nKimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., MIG, Inc., NUVIS, PlaceWorks, RJM Design Group,\nInc., RRM Design Group, Studio One Eleven, and Verde Design, Inc. for On-Call\nLandscape Architectural Services in an Aggregate Amount Not to Exceed $5,000,000\nfor up to a Five-Year Term (General Fund and Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with\nDavid Evans and Associates, Inc., David Volz Design, Kimley-Horn and Associates,\nInc., MIG, Inc., NUVIS, PlaceWorks, RJM Design Group, Inc., RRM Design Group,\nStudio One Eleven, and Verde Design, Inc. to provide on-call landscape architectural\nservices, for a shared aggregate amount not to exceed $5,000,000, for a three-year\nterm beginning May 16, 2023 and expiring May 15, 2026, with provisions for two, one-\nyear extensions, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager\nand City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
