Adoption of the 2023-2027 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between\nthe City of Laguna Niguel and the Orange County Employees Association\n(OCEA) for the Maintenance, Clerical and Technical Unit and the Middle\nManagement, Professional and Supervisory Unit and Related Salary\nResolution No. 2023-1433; and Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-1434,\nRelated to Updated Compensation for Unrepresented Executive and\nManagement Employees\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve and Adopt the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the\nCity of Laguna Niguel and the Orange County Employees Association (OCEA)\nfor the Maintenance, Clerical and Technical Unit;\n2. Approve and Adopt the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the\nCity of Laguna Niguel and the Orange County Employees Association (OCEA)\nfor the Middle Management, Professional and Supervisory Unit;\n3. Adopt Salary Resolution No. 2023-1433 relating to the MOU between the City\nof Laguna Niguel and the Orange County Employee Association (OCEA) for\nthe Maintenance, Clerical and Technical Unit and the Middle Management,\nProfessional and Supervisory Unit;\n4. Authorize the City Manager and members of the City’s Negotiating Team to\nexecute the MOU documents; and,\n5.
