28.\nResolutions of the City of Santa Ana City Council Exempting all Eligible Properties in\nthe City of Santa Ana from the Requirements of Assembly Bill 2011 and Senate Bill 6\nPursuant to California Government Code Sections 65912.114, 65912.124, and\n65852.24\nDepartment(s): Planning and Building Agency\nRecommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution exempting all eligible properties in the\nCity of Santa Ana from the requirements of Assembly Bill 2011 and Senate Bill 6\npursuant to California Government Code sections 65912.114 and 65912.124.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA\nEXERCISING ITS RETENTION OF LOCAL LAND USE CONTROL PURSUANT TO\nCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 65912.114(i) and 65912.124(i) AND\nEXEMPTING CERTAIN PARCELS FROM CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE\nSECTIONS 65912.114 AND 65912.124 BASED UPON WRITTEN FINDINGS\n(includes determination that this Resolution is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to sections 15061(b)(3) and 15061(b)(5)\nof the CEQA Guidelines because it will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable\nindirect physical change in the environment, as there is no possibility it will have a\nsignificant effect on the environment).\n2) Adopt a resolution exempting all eligible properties in the City of Santa Ana from\nthe requirements of Assembly Bill 2011 and Senate Bill 6 pursuant to California\nGovernment Code Section 65852.24.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA\nEXERCISING ITS RETENTION OF LOCAL LAND USE CONTROL PURSUANT TO\nCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65852.24(e) AND EXEMPTING\nCERTAIN PARCELS FROM CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION\n65852.24 BASED UPON WRITTEN FINDINGS (includes determination that this\nResolution is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nto sections 15061(b)(3) and 15061(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines because it will not\nresult in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the\nenvironment, as there is no possibility it will have a significant effect on the\nenvironment).
