10. Award of Construction Contract to Pavement Coatings Co. for the\nResidential Annual Resurfacing Program Zones III & IV – Phase 2, Cash\nContract No. 22-27\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Construction Contract for the Residential Annual Resurfacing\nProgram Zones III & IV – Phase 2, Cash Contract No. 22-27 to Pavement\nCoatings Co. in the amount of $1,623,207;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders in an amount not to exceed 20% of the total contract for $324,642,\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,947,849 if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract for the\nResidential Annual Resurfacing Program Zones III & IV – Phase 2, Cash\nContract No. 22-27 with Pavement Coatings Co., subject to the City\nAttorney making non-substantive changes; and,\n4.
