Waive the sealed bidding requirement of Council Policy 4.0 and ratify the extension of a master\nagreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc. in the estimated amount of $240,000, for citation\nprocessing services through June 30, 2023, based on expenses incurred over the prior six\nmonths inclusive of the recently extended period of January through April 2023.
