18.\nApprove an Amendment to the FY 2022-23 Capital Improvement Program for\n$483,584 and Award a Construction Contract to California Professional Engineering,\nInc. in the Amount of $358,210 for the Riverview Neighborhood Street Lighting Project,\nwith an Estimated Project Delivery Cost of $483,584 (Project No. 23-6030) (General\nFund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Approve an amendment to the FY 2022-23 Capital\nImprovement Program to include $483,584 in construction funds for the Riverview\nNeighborhood Street Lighting Project (Project No. 23-6030).\n2. Award a construction contract to California Professional Engineering, Inc, the lowest\nresponsible bidder in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $358,210, for the\nconstruction of the Riverview Neighborhood Street Lighting Project for a term\nbeginning May 16, 2023 and ending upon project completion, and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract subject to non-substantive changes approved by the\nCity Manager and the City Attorney.\n3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of\n$483,584, which includes $258,210 for the construction contract, $53,732 for contract\nadministration, inspection and testing, and a $71,642 contingency for unanticipated or\nunforeseen work.\n4. Determine these actions are exempt from further review pursuant to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act as Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER-\n2023-181475 was filed for the project.
