7. Award of Construction Contract to Zimprich Engineering, Inc. for the\nChapparosa Park Restroom Remodel Project, Cash Contract No. 22-22\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Construction Contract for the Chapparosa Park Restroom\nRemodel Project, Cash Contract No. 22-22 to Zimprich Engineering, Inc. in\nthe amount of $199,999;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the total contract for $20,000, for\na total not-to-exceed amount of $219,999 if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract for the\nChapparosa Park Restroom Remodel Project, Cash Contract No. 22-22\nwith Zimprich Engineering, Inc., subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes; and,\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute the Notice of\nCompletion at the conclusion of construction.
