15. APPROVE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF AZUSA TO ENTER INTO A NEW\nCONTRACT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ACMS) FOR CROSSING GUARD\nSERVICES.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1/17/2023 -7-\nApprove the proposal for crossing guard services submitted by ACMS; Authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Professional Services Agreement for a three (3) year period with the option of two (2) – one (1)\nyear extensions in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, on behalf of the City; and Authorize a budget\namendment for an increase of $76,831 to cover the cost of the new contract with ACMS in the amount not\nto exceed two hundred seventy-five thousand seven hundred eighty-one dollars ($275,781).\nTotal Cost: $275,781 Is the Cost of this item budgeted?
