F. Consideration and possible action to approve the construction plans and\nagreement for the Silver Spur Road North of Hawthorne Boulevard Roadway\nRehabilitation Project. (Awwad)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve the plans, specifications, and construction\ndocuments for the Silver Spur Road North of Hawthorne Boulevard Roadway\nRehabilitation Project; 2) Award a construction contract for the Silver Spur\nRoad North of Hawthorne Boulevard Roadway Rehabilitation Project to Hardy\n& Harper, Inc., in the amount of $859,000, with a contingency of 10%, or\n$85,900, for a total sum of $944,900; and, 3) Authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
