ACCEPT a grant in the amount of $4,220,000.00 from Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.\n2. APPROVE the Funding Agreement between Los Angeles\nCounty Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the City of\nCarson granting $3,730,000 to the City of Carson to cover the\nproject construction cost.\n3.
