12. AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE ARROW HIGHWAY STREET RESURFACING AND\nHIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; FEDERAL PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5112(019) –\nPHASE I.\nCEQA - This action is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmentally\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 Class 1 (c) – Rehabilitation of Existing Streets and\nHighways.
