Item No. 22. 2023-0344 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO\nCONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE\nON-CALL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nTO THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC\nWORKS DEPARTMENT, EXTENDING THE TERMS OF\nTHE CONTRACTS\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE Amendment No. 5 to On-Call Consultant Agreement\nwith PA Arca Engineering to provide On-Call Engineering\nProfessional Services extending the term by additional six (6)\nmonths until December 30, 2023 (Exhibit No. 1).\n2. APPROVE Amendment No. 6 to On-Call Consultant Agreement\nwith John M. Cruikshank Consultant Inc. (JMC2) to provide On-Call\nEngineering Professional Services extending the term by\nadditional one (1) year until June 30, 2024 (Exhibit No. 2).\n3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 5 to On-Call\nConsultant Agreement with PA Arca Engineering following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\n4. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 6 to On-Call\nConsultant Agreement with John M.
