FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RED 88 MEDIA\nFOR CITY VIDEO PRODUCTION, RECORDING, EDITING AND SUPPORT\nSERVICES\nThe City Council is requested to approve the First Amendment to the Consultant\nServices Agreement with Red 88 Media for two years from June 8, 2023 to June\n8, 2025.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement\n(Attachment “A”) with Red 88 Media to video record City Council meetings for\nlive and delayed broadcast to the community; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the First Amendment Agreement.
