11.a. Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget, Fiscal Year 2024-2028 103\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) and Fiscal Year 2023-24 CIP Budget\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Conduct the public hearing and consider all testimony that may be\nforthcoming;\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-36 adopting the City of Covina budget for July 1,\n2023 through June 30, 2024;\n3. Adopt Resolution SA 2023-01 adopting the operating budget for the City of\nCovina Successor Agency for July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; and\n4. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-37 adopting the Fiscal year 2024-2028 Capital\nImprovement Program and the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Capital Improvement\nProgram Budget.
