15. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OVERTURNING THE PLANNING\nCOMMISSION’S DETERMINATION TO DENY PLANNING COMMISSION CASE\nNO. 2021-04 CUP, A REQUEST TO ALLOW THE USE OF A COMMERCIAL\nKITCHEN IN A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING LOCATED AT 3355\nEAST GAGE AVENUE, WITHIN THE MANAFACTURING PLANNED\nDEVELOPMENT (MPD) ZONE.\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Conduct a public hearing: and\n2. Take public testimony; and\n3. Receive additional and final comments for or against the project; and\n4. Adopt a resolution overturning the Planning Commission’s determination to deny\nPlanning Commission Case No. 2021-04 CUP, to allow the use of a commercial\nbuilding kitchen in a portion of an existing building located at 3355 East Gage\nAvenue, within the Manufacturing Planning Development (MPD) zone.
