Annual Routine Monthly Landscape Maintenance - Contract Areas 9 & 10\nRecommended Action: (1) Award contract for the subject services to Nieves Landscape, Inc.\nfor the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $2,118,306.00; (2)\nauthorize issuance of a purchase order for Landscape Contract Area 9 to Nieves Landscape,\nInc. for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed\n$536,928.00 pending adoption of the 2023-2025 budget by City Council; and (3) authorize\nissuance of a purchase order for Landscape Contract Area 10 to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for\nthe period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $522,225.00\npending adoption of the 2023-2025 budget by City Council.
