8.3 List of projects that will receive funding from the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation\nAccount through the Local Streets and Roads Funding Program as required by Senate Bill 1.\nRecommendation:\nAdopt a Resolution Entitled, “Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City,\nCalifornia, 1) approving the following projects proposed to receive funding from the Road\nMaintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) through the Local Streets and Roads\nFunding Program as required by Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of\n2017: A) FY 2024 Pavement Rehabilitation, B) Central Community Mobility Enhancements,\nand C) FY 2024 Pavement Slurry Seal; and 2) authorizing the establishment of a Gas Tax\nFund appropriation of $1,519,578 for Fiscal Year 2024 and corresponding revenue budget\nfor receipt of RMRA funds.”
