11. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO AWARD A PROPOSAL TO A QUALIFIED\nSUPPLIER TO PURCHASE TWO COMMERCIAL GRADE SIT-DOWN RIDER\nFLOOR SCRUBBERS\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award the proposal to Aviate Enterprises, Inc. as the most responsive proposer\nto purchase two commercial grade sit-down rider floor scrubbers for a not to\nexceed fee of $226,835; and\n2. Payable from Account No. 111-8022-419.56-41 ($190,000) and Account No. 111-\n8023-451.56-41 ($36,835); and\n3. Authorize the purchasing of the trailer from Aviate Enterprises, Inc. to transport\nthe scrubbers for a not to exceed amount of $32,000 payable from Account No.\n111-8023-451.56-41; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute all associated proposals.
