3. CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT FISCAL YEAR 2022 BOARD OF STATE AND\nCOMMUNITY CORRECTIONS (BSCC) GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$37,210.38 FOR OFFICER WELLNESS AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS\nAND SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize the receipt of 2022 Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC)\ngrant funds in the amount of $37,210.38 for Officer Wellness and Mental Health\nprograms and services; and\n2. Approve a budget appropriation in the amount of $37,210.38 to the respective\nrevenue account and authorize an expenditure account for tracking of these grant\nfunds as detailed in the fiscal impact section of this report; and\n3. Authorize the use of these grant funds to replace and enhance fitness equipment\nin the police department gym; and
