5.7 Agreements: Approve a Form of Agreement with Touchstone Golf, LLC for Management of the\nChula Vista Golf Course and Authorize the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement with\nHuntington National Bank for the Lease of 80 Golf Carts\nReport Number: 23-0046\nLocation: Chula Vista Golf Course at 4475 Bonita Road\nDepartment: Economic Development\nEnvironmental Notice: The activity is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt resolutions A) Approving a form of agreement with Touchstone Golf, LLC for\nprofessional management services for the Chula Vista Golf Course (form of agreement is\nattached to the resolution and incorporated in the resolution as Exhibit 1); and B) Authorizing\nthe City Manager to enter into a lease agreement with Huntington National Bank for the lease\nof 80 golf carts at a cost of $547,296, which will be funded by Touchstone Golf, LLC, as\nprovided for under the agreement between the City and Touchstone Golf, LLC.
