Award Request for Proposal 23-023AS for design and engineering services for\nthe Radio Road At-Grade Railway Crossing Safety Improvement Project, No.\n2022-09, to JMDiaz Inc. of Industry, CA.\nb. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with JMDiaz Inc. for the design\nand engineering services, for a term of two years beginning May 17, 2023,\nthrough May 21, 2025, in the amount of $235,861.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with JMDiaz Inc. in the amount of $235,861, including any\nnon-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments\nup to $23,586 or 10% of the total contract amount as authorized in Corona\nMunicipal Code Section 3.08.070(I).
