SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR FY 2023\nRESOLUTION\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH\nPASADENA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING NEW JOB DESCRIPTIONS\nAND SALARY RANGES FOR HR ANALYST AND SENIOR HR\nANALYST, RECLASSIFICATION OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT\nANALYST AS PART OF UNREPRESENTED MANAGEMENT AND\nADJUSTING FOUR CLASSIFICATIONS SALARY RANGES\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution adopting salary schedule changes for twelve classifications;\n2. Approve usage of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds from account 206-3010-3041-8020-\n000 in the amount of $13,403 to transfer to the General Fund to cover the salary adjustments;\nand\n3. Appropriate $4,005 to account 101-8030-8031-7000-000 for Community Services Department\nSalaries, $28 to account 101-4010-4011-7000-000 for Police Department Salaries, $605 to\naccount 101-6010-6011-7000-000 for Public Works Department Salaries, $1,781 to account\n101-3010-3011-7000-000 for Finance Department Salaries, $5,508 to account 101-8010-\n8011-7000-000 for Library Department Salaries, $1,010 to Management Services Department\nSalaries, and $466 to account 500-6010-6710-7000-000 Water Department Salaries.
