A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF AN\nORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING CODE AMENDMENT NO. 23-01(ZCA-23-01),\nAMENDING CHAPTER 21.18 OF THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED\n“AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCENTIVES – DENSITY BONUS” TO IMPLEMENT THE\nHOUSING ELEMENT OF THE MONTEREY PARK GENERAL PLAN\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Continuing the public hearing to the June 7, 2023 City Council meeting; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
