(0330-30)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council consider the contents of the proposed fiscal year\n2023-24 and 2024-25 municipal budget and the two-year budget and implementation\nschedule of the Capital Improvements Program and adopt Resolution 2023-41 establishing\nthe fiscal year 2023-24 and fiscal year 2024-25 Imperial Beach Municipal Budget.
