(0500-40 & 0240-10)\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2023-39 to accept and appropriate $140,000 from the Regional Task\nForce on Homelessness to provide funding for a new staff position in a pilot program for an\ninitial period of two years. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Subrecipient\nAgreement associated with the grant and authorize the Finance Director to create a new\nrevenues account in which to deposit said funds and to process budget amendments to\naccept funds and appropriate expenditures as needed.
