FOR THE PROVISION OF THE PROJECT ROOFING\nMATERIALS AND WARRANTY. (0910-07)\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2023-37 to: (1) award the construction contract to A. Preman Roofing,\nInc. for an amount not-to-exceed $113,000 for the 170 Palm Roof Replacement Project\n(SP22101_PALM DE); (2) award a sole source purchase contract for an amount not-to-\nexceed $168,000 to The Garland Company, Inc. for the provision of the roofing materials and\nproduct warranty; (3) authorize the appropriation of $70,000 to the Project’s budget from the\nCity’s available ARPA funds.
