11.c ADOPT RESOLUTION 2023-39 ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT TO ACCEPT AND APPROPRIATE $140,000 IN GRANT FUNDING FROM THE REGIONAL TASK FORCE ON HOMELESSNESS TO FUND A STAFF POSITION IN A PILOT PROGRAM FOR INITIAL PERIOD OF 2 YEARS. (0500-40 & 0240-10) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2023-39 to accept and appropriate $140,000 from the Regional Task Force on Homelessness to provide funding for a new staff position in a pilot program for an initial period of two years. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Subrecipient Agreement associated with the grant and authorize the Finance Director to create a new revenues account in which to deposit said funds and to process budget amendments to accept funds and appropriate expenditures as needed.
