A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF AN\nORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING CODE AMENDMENT NO. 22-01 (ZCA-22-01) ADDING\nCHAPTER 21.19 TO THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED\n“INCLUSIONARY HOUSING” TO IMPLEMENT THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE\nMONTEREY PARK GENERAL PLAN\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Continuing the public hearing to the June 7, 2023 City Council meeting; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
