AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2231-AA WITH COLU TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE\nSOFTWARE LICENSING OF MONTEREY PARK REWARDS SHOP LOCAL APP PROGRAM\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amendment to Agreement 2231-AA with Colu\nTechnologies, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the extension of the software\nlicensing agreement for the Monterey Park Rewards Program, an innovative shop local\napp incentive program, through December 31, 2023.\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\n1 CEQA findings regarding an anticipated imminent emergency are valid (see CalBeach Advocates v. City of\nSolana Beach (2002) 103 Cal.App.4th 529).
