14. FISCAL YEAR 2024 RECOMMENDED SCHEDULE OF TAXES, FEES, AND CHARGES\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action is statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”)\npursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15273 (Rates, Tolls, Fares, and Charges);\n(2) Open the public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2024 Schedule of Taxes, Fees, and Charges; and\n(3) Close the public hearing and adopt the Fiscal Year 2024 Schedule of Taxes, Fees, and Charges.
