ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT I – SCHEDULE OF HOURLY PAY RATES OF THE NON-\nREPRESENTED NON-MANAGEMENT SALARY RESOLUTION TO CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM WAGE\nORDINANCE (Human Resources Dept)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption); and\n(2) Adopt a resolution amending Exhibit I (Schedule of Hourly Pay Rates) of the Non-Represented Non-\nManagement salary resolution.
