P. 64 8. SUBJECT: AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ADDITIONAL ON-CALL\nPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW SERVICES FOR PRIVATE\nDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute the Contract and the City Manager or\nhis designee to administer the terms of the contract with Michael Baker\nInternational in the not-to-exceed amount of $75,000 for providing on-call\nProfessional Environmental Review Services for Private Development Projects;\nand\n2. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute the Contract and the City Manager or\nhis designee to administer the terms of the contract with EPD Solutions, Inc. in the\nnot-to-exceed amount of $75,000 for providing on-call Professional Environmental\nReview Services for Private Development Projects; and\n3. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute the Contract and the City Manager or\nhis designee to administer the terms of the contract with Ruth Villalobos &\nAssociates, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $75,000 for providing on-call\nProfessional Environmental Review Services for Private Development Projects.
