9. STREET EASEMENT: 1318 AND 1322 WEST ALHAMBRA ROAD – F2M23-8, M2M23-\n80, D2M23-2029\nStaff requests that the City Council accept a street easement for the property located at\n1318 and 1322 W. Alhambra Road. To provide for proper sidewalk access purposes along\nthe full property frontage for a sidewalk width of 5 feet, the project located at 1318 and\n1322 W. Alhambra Road required a 5-foot street easement dedication. The sketch and\nlegal description have been completed, and have been reviewed and approved by the City\nEngineer.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M23-80 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M23-2029) from Tong Jue Si,\na California Non-Profit Religious Corporation granting to the City of\nAlhambra an easement for public streets and highways and public utility\npurposes and appurtenant facilities the real property in the City of\nAlhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly\ndescribed as follows:\n6\n5-22-23\nThe northly 5 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of Teagarden Tract, in the\nCity of Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California,\nas per Map recorded in Book 13, Page 93 of Maps, in the Office\nof County Recorder of Said County Area is approximately 500\nsquare feet.\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
