WATER BILL INSERT TO PROMOTE THE CITY'S ANTI-TOBACCO CAMPAIGN\nPurpose: Authorize the City Manager's Office to distribute a water bill insert encouraging\nresidents to abstain from flavored tobacco use. Associated printing costs in the amount\nof $1,500 will be funded by the California Department of Justice Tobacco Grant Program\n(11- 6761-631142).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a water bill insert informing residents, especially\nteens, of the risks of tobacco use.
