3.3. Agreement with Fehr & Peers for Transit Planning Services to conduct a Transit\nPlanning Study for the feasibility of developing the Orange Community\nCirculator, currently programmed under the Orange County Transportation\nAuthority’s Community-Based Transit/Circulators Program (Project V).\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the agreement with Fehr & Peers in the amount of $65,850 for Transit\nPlanning Services; and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute on behalf\nof the City.\n2.
