Lawndale Youth Development Center/Municipal Services Department Building\nRecommendation: that the City Council 1) review the attached conceptual property\ndesigns; and 2) provide feedback to staff regarding property design elements and relative\nproject footprints prior to selecting one of the following options: 1) Approve Conceptual\nDevelopment Area #1 and relative Project Construction Footprint for the eventual\nLawndale Youth Development Center and Municipal Services Department Building\nusing the existing building footprint as the project area; 2) Approve Conceptual\nDevelopment Area #2 and relative Project Construction Footprint for the eventual\nLawndale Youth Development Center and Municipal Services Department Building\nusing the existing building footprint and adjacent areas as the project area; or 3) Provide\nfurther direction to staff.
