4.15. FIRST AMENDMENT WITH NICHOLS CONSULTING ENGINEERS, CHTD FOR\nPAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Nichols Consulting Engineers,\nCHTD (NCE) to perform pavement management program services to renew the\nagreement through June 30, 2024, and increase the total compensation under the\nagreement by $40,000; and\n2.
