b) REPORT APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH\n23-0282 4LEAF, INC FOR ON-CALL STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES FOR\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\n(Community Development Director Carrie Tai)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed second amendment to an agreement with 4LEAF, Inc. for staff\naugmentation services to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $115,000, resulting in\na total not-to exceed amount of $190,000 (Attachment 3); and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached second\namendment subject to approval by the City Attorney.
