1. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-40, APPROVING GENERAL PLAN\nAMENDMENT 23-01 TO INCLUDE A LINK TO THE LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION\nPLAN IN THE SAFETY ELEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council hold a public hearing to consider Resolution 23-\n40, approving the General Plan Amendment 23-01 (GPA 23-01), and update the Safety\nElement of the General Plan to include a link to the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP)\nin the Safety Element.\nCEQA FINDINGS\nThis action is not a project for purposes of 15 CCR 15378(b)(5) in that It is an\nadministrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment.
