12. CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS AND AWARDING ONYX PAVING COMPANY, INC. THE\nPW-687-22 FY 22/23 MISCELLANEOUS STREET REPAIRS PROJECT IN\nTHE AMOUNT OF $222,000 AND AN APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL\nFUNDS ASSIGNED FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN AN AMOUNT OF $25,100\nTO THE PROJECT\nRecommendation: That the City Council consider adoption of a\nResolution to: (1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Fiscal\nYear (FY) 22/23 Miscellaneous Street Repairs Project (City Project No.\nPW-687-22); (2) Appropriate General Funds Assigned for Capital Projects\nin the amount of $25,100 to the Project; (3) Award of a construction\ncontract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. in the amount of $222,000; (4)\nAuthorize the Interim City Manager to Execute all Contract Documents\nand Approve Additional Construction Expenditures not to exceed\n$19,200, which is approximately 8.6% of the contract amount; and (5)\nAuthorize the Interim City Clerk to Record the Notice of Completion upon\nAcceptance of the Work by the Public Works Director.\nStaff Report & Resolution\nAttachment B\nAttachment C
