Resolution approving continuation of the Shop Local Digital Gift Card Program for an\nadditional funding cycle with Yiftee, Inc. and Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates, Inc.\nand appropriating $150,000 in ARPA funds\nThe City Council will consider: (CM)\na. Approving a Resolution to continue the Shop Local Digital Gift Card Program (sometimes\nreferred to as "Program") for an additional funding cycle with: (1) Yiftee, Inc. ("Yiftee"), for the\ncontinued operation of the Digital Gift Card Program, in the amount of $140,000, under existing\nContract No. 2022-87-CC, and (2) Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates, Inc. ("HdL"), in the\namount of $10,000, under Contract No. 2022-86-CC, for marketing, administrative and other\nservices associated with the Program; and\nb.
