8. Agreement with ACMS Group, Inc., for Dossier On-Demand Solution Software for the\nFleet Maintenance Management System\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with ACMS Group, Inc., for a 5-year term to provide its Dossier on-\nDemand Solution fleet maintenance management software, in an amount not to exceed\n$132,433;\nb. Approving an appropriation of $10,822 from Fleet Funds to fully fund Year One service fees of\nthe five-year Agreement; and\nc.
