RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR THE LAND AND\nWATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT-IN-AID PROGRAM - The City of\nSanta Clarita is eligible to receive up to $6 million through the Land and Water\nConservation Act Grant-In-Aid Program, for local preservation and recreation projects.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit an application\nfor the Land and Water Conservation Act Grant-In-Aid Program for the Via Princessa\nPark project.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
