4. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH INNOVATION PAINTING, INC.\nFOR THE ALEXANDER HUGHES COMMUNITY CENTER PAINTING PROJECT AND\nAPPROPRIATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Innovation\nPainting, Inc. in the amount of $35,000 for the painting of the Alexander\nHughes Community Center and authorize a ten percent contingency in the\namount of $3,500, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $38,500; and\nB. Appropriate an additional $17,000 from the Equipment and Facility\nRevolving Reserve to fully fund the cost of the project, including contingency.
