10.C MAY 16, 2023 MEETING\nZONE TEXT AMENDMENT #3-23\nThe Planning Commission considered a recommendation to the City Council on\nthe adoption of an ordinance amending Title 18 and Title 5, Zoning, of the Gardena\nMunicipal Code relating to regulations for short-term home sharing rentals in\nresidential zoning districts throughout the city and direction to staff to file a Notice\nof Exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and 15308.\nCommission Action: A motion was made to reopen the public hearing and\ncontinue it to the June 20, 2023 meeting, and direction to staff to make\nmodifications to the draft ordinance relating to onsite parking space requirements,\ntimeframe for compliance properties with existing listings, and to add a time\nextension process for compliance.
