Alleys North of Hadley between Pickering and Friends Sewer Main\nReplacement Project Phase 2 - Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Waive a minor bid irregularity and award the construction contract to All\nCities Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $1,222,045 for the construction\nof the Alleys North of Hadley between Pickering and Friends Sewer Main\nReplacement Project Phase 2;\n2) Reject all other bids;\n3) Authorize the Executive Director to sign the contract on behalf of the\nWhittier Utility Authority; and\n4) Approve $122,205 in contingency for the Alleys North of Hadley between\nPickering and Friends Sewer Main Replacement Project Phase 2 subject\nto approval of the Executive Director.
