4.7 PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAGECREST\nPLANNING & ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. FOR ON-CALL PLANNING\nCONSULTING SERVICES (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve a proposed Professional Services Agreement with Sagecrest\nPlanning & Environmental, Inc. to provide On-Call Planning\nConsulting Services on an on-call, as-needed basis for a three-year,\nfive-week term in a maximum not to exceed contract amount of\n$84,000; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Professional Services\nAgreement for on-call planning consulting services with Sagecrest\nPlanning & Environmental, Inc.\nItem No. 4.7\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
