4. First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the\nCity of Walnut and Eide Bailly LLP\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the agreement for Professional Services\nbetween the City of Walnut and Eide Bailly LLP, in substantially the form\nattached hereto, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager the execute and administer the First Amendment\nand any other documentations necessary to affect the foregoing, on behalf of\nthe City, in such final form as approved by City Attorney.
