RESOLUTION NO.      - One (1)-year Contract with Dooley Enterprises, Inc.:  With two (2) one-year renewal options, covering purchase of ammunition for the Airport Police Division at Los Angeles International Airport, for cost not to exceed $900,000 \nPURPOSE: The purpose of the proposed action is to award a one (1)-year sole source contract to Dooley Enterprises, Inc., with two (2) one-year renewal options, for ammunition purchases for the Airport Police Division at Los Angeles International Airport. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; find that the contract is exempt from competitive bidding under City Charter Section 371 (e)(10); approve the Contract with Dooley Enterprises, Inc.; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
