RESOLUTION NO.      - One (1)-year Contract with Falcon Fuels, Inc.:  By joining City of Los Angeles Contract ARC 40 220000000011 4, covering supply and delivery of renewable diesel fuel for Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, for cost not to exceed $360,000 \nPURPOSE: The proposed action will establish a contract to ensure a steady supply of renewable diesel fuel for operational needs of various vehicles and equipment to Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport. By doing so, it will create an interim contract to supply unleaded fuel until Los Angeles World Airports staff can complete the competitive procurement process. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve the Contract with Falcon Fuels, Inc., by joining City of Los Angeles Contract ARC 40 220000000011 4; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
