4. CONSIDERATION OF STREET CLOSURES FOR “E” STREET AND 2ND STREET IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT - The City Council is requested to approve a series of street closures to facilitate construction\nwork associated with the Enhanced Infrastructure Finance District (EIFD) project under construction on\n“E” Street and 2nd Street.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the Public Works Director to permit the temporary\nclosure of the intersections of “E” Street & 2nd Street, and “D” Street & 2nd Street during the weeks of\nJune 12th through 16th and June 19th through 23rd and any other dates for required work that will be in\nexcess of 24 hours to complete construction in a timely manner.
